Marketers who’ve walked in your shoes
We’ve lived the double shifts
The seasonal pressures, and the unique challenges of running hospitality and tourism businesses in regional Australia. Sharing Tables was founded by operators who’ve worked in the industry, not just marketed it — and that’s what sets us apart.
Our Story
Sharing Tables began with a simple idea: regional businesses deserved the same calibre of marketing and design as big-city brands, but tailored to their unique environments. With backgrounds spanning restaurants, resorts, wineries, and tourism, our team brings first-hand experience of what it takes to run a service-driven business in regional and tourism dependent regions.
From those beginnings, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for leading regional destinations — from family-owned vineyards and luxury day spas to multi-property hotel groups and world-renowned luxury lodges. Our work is still rooted in the same belief: that when marketing is guided by people who understand the industry from the inside, results follow naturally.
OUR PEOPLE
-
Rach has spent her life immersed in hospitality and tourism, growing up in Geraldton, WA in the back of restaruants, and later living in iconic regional and resort destinations including Margaret River, Broome, Bali, and Lombok. Her career began in hospitality, working across restaurants, bars, and events, before moving into marketing with the Entertainment Book, where she partnered with venues across Australia, New Zealand, and Bali.
In 2017, Rach founded Sharing Tables to bridge a clear gap: regional operators were competing with city agencies without the resources of in-house marketing managers. Since then, she has worked across projects with luxury resorts, wineries, multi-venue hotel groups, and boutique operators — blending her lived experience of regional hospitality with creative strategy and design. Today, she continues to lead Sharing Tables with the same passion: helping regional brands protect their reputations, grow their bookings, and connect with audiences far beyond their postcode.

Owen grew up on the Central Coast of NSW and began his career managing pubs in Newcastle, where he developed a strong grounding in hospitality operations. His path took him to Ireland, where he worked across hospitality and events before returning to Australia to establish an event transfer business in the Hunter Valley.
After selling that business, Owen moved into the travel industry, spending a decade as a Flight Centre owner–manager. Leading high-performing stores gave him a deep understanding of bookings, guest loyalty, and how to balance commercial results with exceptional service.
Today at Sharing Tables, Owen oversees business operations, client partnerships, and digital strategy — with a particular focus on Meta and Pinterest advertising for hospitality and tourism brands. He also manages our Reputation Management Suite, helping venues across Australia protect their reputations, grow reviews, and maintain a trusted presence online. His blend of hands-on hospitality knowledge, commercial acumen, and digital expertise ensures clients receive strategies that are both effective and realistic for the way venues operate.

Ann-Marie grew up between the Caribbean and Dubai, where resort life and hospitality were part of her everyday experience. She began her career in hospitality before moving into fitness and wellness, running holistic wellness centres where she honed her skills in events, client care, and brand experience.
Her ability to combine creativity with organisation made her a natural fit for digital marketing. At Sharing Tables, Ann-Marie leads our social media strategy, ensuring each account — from boutique cafés and wineries to luxury resorts and multi-venue groups — runs seamlessly. She specialises in crafting campaigns that reflect the guest experience with precision and personality, making sure every brand tells its story consistently and beautifully across channels.
